    • Users can now view, edit, and save PDF applications directly in LighthouseAI, making it easier to fill out and see the updated applications in real-time within the Requirements Hub and Document Repository. More details in the Management section.
    • Users can now copy and share PDF links directly to the Requirements Hub, making it easier for authorized users to access, review and print the latest PDF forms or documents.
    • Certain LighthouseAI administrators can now provision and deprovision users using our custom federated identity APIs directly through their internal identity management system.
    • Users who are assigned an Identity Provider, with SSO authentication enabled in their User Profile, will have the option to log in through their company-specific SSO login page.
    • Re-added the Verification Link column to the Requirements page. This allows users to access Verification Links directly from the Requirements grid.
    • All links in the Requirements Hub (verification, intelligence, custom) are now clickable and will open in a new tab.
    • Added Mark All Read, Clear All, and Clear buttons on the Intelligence Notification and Task Notification pages.

User Profile

    • Certain LighthouseAI administrators can now provision and deprovision users directly through their internal identity management system using our custom federated identity APIs.
    • Users with an Identity Provider and SSO authentication enabled in their User Profile can log in via their company-specific SSO login page.

Here, you will find clickable icons for both the “Paper Application” (PDF) and the “Online Application” (online form) next to the Application Name field, enabling quick and easy access. The Paper Application PDF icon opens a pop-up window with an editable PDF file that a User can edit, fill out, print and save into the Document Repository, while the Online Application web form icon opens a new browser tab, allowing users to browse and fill out applications just as they would in a regular browser. This feature is only available to Users who have Intelligence Entitlements for LighthouseAI.

    • Users can now use Requirement multi-level filters on the Activities page, thus allowing them to filter content by Requirement Name, Company, Facility, Jurisdiction and Requirement Status.
    • The Requirement Expiration Date is now displayed to users in the Activities grid under the Requirements column.
    • Users now have access to custom date range selectors in the Activities page under the Requirements filter, as well as under the Activity Due Date and Task Due Date column filters.
    • The Verification Links column has returned to the Requirements page. This feature allows users to easily access Verification Links on the Requirements grid.
    • All links within the Requirements Hub (including verification, intelligence, and custom links) are now clickable and will open in a new browser tab.
    • The Activities page now includes the Requirement Expiration Date on the grid.
    • Exports from the Requirement and Activity pages now include the Issue Date field (formerly known as the Active Date).
