LighthouseAI Release Notes – 06/10/2024

LighthouseAI is constantly striving to improve the user experience. To that end, we regularly provide updates to the user interface, functionality, and add new features to the platform.

Below, please find the latest updates to the LighthouseAI Intelligence and LighthouseAI Management modules on this June 10th, 2024 update.

The June 10th, 2024 Updates

 

LighthouseAI

New Features:

    • New added feature: Users in Intelligence now have an enhanced way to view the latest Knowledge Results for their Facilities without the need to scroll through each corresponding Result. See the Intelligence section for more details.
    • New Account Lockout and Password Change Frequency Policies have been implemented on the platform. Additional login warnings will be triggered for users whose passwords expire within 10-days or less. See User Profile section for more details.
    • Fee Notes are now consolidated under each Fee type schedule in Knowledge Results. These have also been made available in Excel and PDF Exports, as well as in the Requirements Hub. See Intelligence section for more details.
    • Jurisdictions are now shown with a full name instead of an abbreviation. See Intelligence section for more details.
    • Users now can multi-select Knowledge Results and delete them as needed. See Intelligence section for more details.
    • All Note types (i.e., Requirement, Activity, and Task Notes) added from the Requirements Hub now display a timestamp in the format “Updated on mm/dd/yyyy.”
    • The default view for Tasks has been changed to “Tasks Assigned to me.” Management section for more details.
    • New added feature: PDF License/Requirement Certificates are now visible from the Requirements Hub. See the Management section for more details.

User Profile

    • We have introduced new settings for Account Lockout and Password Change Frequency. These policies are now implemented across the platform to ensure unified user security and are applicable to all users. Please see User Guide for more details.
    • Additional login warnings will be triggered if a user’s password is set to expire within 10 days or less.

Management

    • All Note types (i.e., Requirement, Activity, and Task Notes) added from the Requirements Hub now include a timestamp in the format “Updated on mm/dd/yyyy.”
    • Users with “View Document” permissions are now able to view and open PDF. License/Requirement Certificates directly from the Requirements Hub. 
    • Any current Certificates replaced with a new Certificate will automatically update in the Requirements Hub, and the most recent Certificate Document will be displayed in the Requirements PDF. 

Tasks

    • The default view for Tasks has been updated to “Tasks Assigned to Me.” This change ensures that logged-in users first see tasks assigned to them, rather than All Tasks, optimizing the application’s performance.

Intelligence

    • A new toggle button has been added to the Knowledge Results page in Intelligence. The button allows users to switch between ‘Show Current’ results and ‘Show All’ results. See User Guide for more details.
    • Applicable Fee Notes are now available under each Fee type schedule in Knowledge Results. These Notes are also included in all Excel and PDF Exports and are accessible in the Requirements Hub under Requirement Details.
    • Jurisdictions are now shown with a full name instead of an abbreviation for more transparency. 
    • Users now can multi-select Knowledge Results and delete them as needed. This excludes the latest Knowledge Results for any Facility. See User Guide for more details.

Fixed Issues

    • Fixed an issue where Potential Requirements were included in Excel or PDF exports even when they were deselected in Knowledge Results.
    • Major platform improvements have been introduced to address latency, constant buffering, session timeouts, and various server errors.
    • Fixed an issue where updates or changes to Documents (i.e., License Certificates, etc.) in the Documents module were not reflected in the Requirements Hub Documents section.
