Purpose of Collection: The information collected through this survey is solely for the purpose of improving our products/services and understanding our clients’ preferences and needs. Your responses are invaluable in helping us serve you better.

No Third-party Sharing: Your personal information and survey responses will not be sold, rented, shared with, or disclosed to any third party. The data will be used exclusively by LighthouseAI for internal analysis and improvements.

Data Storage & Security: All the information provided by you will be stored in secure databases with state-of-the-art encryption and security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access.

Anonymity & Aggregation: For any internal reports or analysis, survey responses will be aggregated, and individual responses will be made anonymous to further ensure your privacy.

Participation & Incentive: Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. As a token of our appreciation, all participants who complete the survey will receive a gift card. This incentive is by no means compensation for your information but a gesture of gratitude for your time and insights. Only fully completed surveys will qualify to receive this incentive. Partial completions will not qualify.

By Invitation: Only those invited to participate will qualify for the incentive. If an individual did not receive an email as an invitation to participate yet completed the survey, that survey will be disallowed, and the individual will not receive the incentive.

Withdrawal & Data Erasure: If at any point you wish to withdraw from the survey or would like us to erase your survey data, please contact us at hello@lighthouseai.com with the subject line “Request to Erase Survey Data.” We commit to processing such requests promptly.
