LighthouseAI Release Notes – 06/27/2024

LighthouseAI is constantly striving to improve the user experience. To that end, we regularly provide updates to the user interface, functionality, and add new features to the platform.

Below, please find the latest updates to the LighthouseAI Intelligence and LighthouseAI Management modules on this June 27th, 2024 update.

The June 27th, 2024 Updates

LighthouseAI

New Features:

• • New added feature: A new Report called Intelligence Notification Report has been added to the Run Report dropdown in the Reports module. See the Reports Module section for more details. 
  • Users are now able to copy and paste text data directly from the Management module (Requirements & Activities pages). See the Management section for more details. 
  • Management Dashboard now defaults to a blank Company/Facility dropdown to improve the overall performance in the platform.

• • Management Dashboard now defaults to a blank Company/Facility dropdown, enhancing platform speed and performance. 

Management

• • Users in Management can now copy and paste text data from the Requirements and Activities grid (such as Requirement Numbers, Requirement Names, Expiration Dates, etc.) for more efficient searches in other parts of the platform or on-board websites while searching for licenses. 
    

Reports Module

• • Users can now run detailed reports on Selective Notifications using the Intelligence Notification Report. This feature allows filtering by Company or Facility, setting a specific date range, and selecting the types of Notifications to display.  
    

Notifications

• • Pre-filtered data from the Intelligence Notification page can be automatically carried over to the Selective Notifications Report page by clicking on the Report icon on the top left of the page. This allows users to create an Intelligence Notification Report without using the Run Report dropdown menu. 

Fixed Issues

• • Fixed an issue where the Intelligence Email Notification toggle was missing from Personal Settings. 
  • Fixed an issue where the Dashboard Management map was missing from the platform. 
  • Fixed an issue where deleting a Requirement in Management also deleted other Requirements not selected for deletion.
